After an absence of many a season, our manager finally decided to return to the world of OCM. Where before I, Tan Ngoc Phuong, could just sit down, do nothing and collect my non existing paycheck I now have to do actual work again to be able to do so.
Season 67
Let us first start with season 67. The good news is that we ended up record amount of results and wins for team Universal Soup. Only a little under 300 points less than our record of 1648 points.

Season 68
Our goals for season 68 are mainly tours and classics in div 2 and 3 depending on what rank we can hold.
The first goals are a classic and a tour. After that we have to see how these two went and what is thus possible rank wise.
Ainet - Bruggen with Binh Quang Thang
Volta ao Porto or Norway Tour with Huynh Ngoc Long
other possible goals, depending on rank are Perm Tour, Karpaty Tyr, Tour of the Western Cape, VCK Classic, and if we drop too much use our wild card for Giro di Sicilia.
Teams
This season we are trying to slim down the total squad back to 18 riders.
A hill team, a climbing team and a miscellaneous team with trainees and outcasts.
The hill team has 7 members, so one of them will be mainly with the outcasts, depending on the races we participate in.
Also our trainees from now on will be from ASEAN countries. There are 10 member states (not all available) so the pool we can get talents from is still quite big.
The long term goal is to get a full ASEAN team.
